We value every customer and aim to make your shopping experience delightful. While mistakes can happen, all orders are final and non-refundable unless items arrive damaged or the wrong item is sent. Please double-check your information before ordering.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at hello@seewhatlove.org with photographic evidence within 7 days. We’re here to help and will provide a replacement or refund for unused products, though shipping costs are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and are here to ensure your satisfaction. Thank you for your cooperation.

Shipping Information
Processing Time: Thank you for your order! Your items will be processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.
Address Confirmation: To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check that your shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase. We may not be able to make changes to incorrect addresses after your order is placed.
Lost Packages: We know your packages are important. If a package is marked "Delivered" but hasn't reached you, please verify that the shipping address you provided was correct. If it is, contact your local post office (details can be found on the tracking page) for further assistance. See What Love is not responsible for replacing or refunding packages delivered to the address provided at checkout.
International Shipping: We are pleased to offer shipping within the U.S. only at this time.
Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
